I have lived all my life in the Stockport area, the son of a time served plumber and a hat maker. Following a fine state primary and comprehensive secondary education I joined the Co-op in 1979 and became a Co-op grocery store manager before working for myself in the hospitality and gaming industry. I have now retired and want to serve the community in the most effective way possible. I am a fierce believer in the benefits of good education at every level as I see it as the catalyst to a more progressive and brighter future for all.
